Africa is already taxing some digital businesses #PACIFF2019

Joy Ndubai, Global Tax Advisor at Action Aid International insists on the fact that Africa is already taxing part of digital businesses: mobile money transactions for instance. However, the debate remains open on whether or not it is the right fiscal policy on the one hand, and whether or not the same can be said about multinationals. The theme was ”Taxing Intangibles, Financial Technology (FinTech) and the Digitalised Economy”
