ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) through a feminist lens. It begins by introducing tax justice and highlighting the importance of the topic from a feminist lens. It then looks at the AfCFTA and presents a discussion on the linkage between tax justice and the AfCFTA with a
focus on how this may affect women. It then concludes with recommendations on how tax justice from, a feminist perspective, can be better incorporated into discussions pertaining to the AfCFTA.
