Benedicta Oyiana is currently an HR Consultant with BEEAN Global. She previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for Nestle, Unilever, and Honeywell Flour Mills Plc, where she effectively partnered the supplychsin, Marketing, Finance departments of the organization.
Prior to this, she was an E-learning officer at Diamond Bank Plc where she facilitated the implementation of the E-learning deployment bank wide under the HR department.
A seasoned HR executive with extensive experience spanning the FMCG, Banking and Management consulting industries. Benedicta has experience in business process review and development from providing business advisory services to SMEs. She has also been actively involved with youth mentoring and women empowerment and has several youth developmental initiatives under her belt.
She is passionate about driving human motivation, personal reengineering, coaching and mentoring and peak performance having identified these as key ingredients to social development. An avid reader, she takes delight in writing inspirational articles which emphasize continuous improvement, self-development, and positive affirmations.
Benedicta is a member of the Lagos Business School alumni community having obtained an MBA in General management. She also has a BSc in Microbiology from Delta state university. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of personnel management
(ACIPM).
Her interests are in Capability building, human resource management, Strategic management, Business advisory services. She is also a co-host on the HRMadam radio program on 101.5fm which address HR related issues on prime time radio.
Her relevant experience in business process review and development from providing business advisory services to SMEs will contribute to delivering the objectives of this role. My research background affords me all the tools of investigation to collect and draw inferences from data which drive decision making. My imperative is to work with teams and organizations to help them overcome societal barriers by helping them find answers and increase their knowledge. I am passionate about empowering individuals and organizations enough to adapt/change favorably ahead of its dynamic environment. My experience in training content development and delivery affords me the privilege to understand underlying requirement from gap/skill assessment
