Caroline is a Ugandan by nationality, counselor psychologist by profession, She is a self-driven person with a positive mind, a social entrepreneur, Children, youth, women and environmental activist. She has previously registered an excellent performance in all places she has worked across different fields being governance issues livelihood, HIV/AIDs, Gender and social justice, Sexual Reproductive Health, entrepreneurship and financial literacy and environmental conservation work experience.

Caroline has worked in the community development sector for over seven years, all in positions of the youth sector and research. She has developed strategic plans, participated in the development of the East African Youth Policy, Review of the Uganda national Policy, adoption of the post 2015 agenda, Africa agenda 2063, Uganda National Youth Manifesto (NYM) 2016 and beyond. She has set up M&E systems for several projects in order to have a sustainable approach to community projects.

Currently Caroline is a board member for Uganda Youth Network (UYONET), representing members on membership and partnership committee, Finance and procurement committees. She is a contact team lead for the Network of African Youth for development (NAYD) working and sensitizing rural communities on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Africa Agenda 2063. An Active member of Climate Smart Agriculture Youth Network (CSAYN), She is the national Member of gender and Climate Change Thematic working group Uganda and as well Western Region coordinator for National Youth Advocacy Programm (NYAP & CIDI)

She is the National member for Gender and Climate Change thematic working group, of which she contributed towards the Uganda National Gender Action plan for Climate Change Actions, she does represent the gender issues in the negotiation processes at UNFCCC Conference of Parties COP. She has been part of the popularization of the Climate Change Gender Action plan in coherene with the paris agreement and member of the Women Gender constituency (WGC)
