Economics Graduate with demonstrated skills in: managing research (situation analysis and, monitoring and evaluations); training on quantitative and qualitative research methods; analysis of data using appropriate software such as Statistical Package of Social Scientists (SPSS); report writing; development of strategy documents; development and cataloguing of annotated bibliographies; other levels of research that include concept paper and proposal development; and communication of knowledge. Due to my effort in advocating and lobbying importance of women in leadership and the impact women leaders are having on the economy, to shaping leadership styles and applying their strength i was among finalist McKinsey & Company Next Generation Women Leaders Award 2017.
