I identify as an African Feminist who believes that African women need to raise their voices against an economic system that is extractivist and thrives on women’s unpaid labour. Through use of Feminist Participatory Methodologies, I am convinced African women are able to come up with clear propositions for a development model that is just. My PhD research area is using Feminist Participatory Action Research to interrogate women’s access to energy.
