Iboro is a certified development professional with specialty in health systems and policy, health financing (community-based health insurance), Human Resource for Health (HRH) planning and management, Private Sector engagement and organizational capacity development with public sector and CSOs. She has background training in Statistics and Development Economics/Public Policy and currently a Ph.D Candidate of Development Economics with research interest in Macroeconomics, Public Sector Economics, Development and Public Policy, Health Financing and Economic Planning. She has over seventeen (17) years hands-on experience in technical positions with public health, social development and international development programmes in both public and private sectors especially with NGOs in almost all areas public health with demonstrated knowledge and skills in women’s reproductive health, IMNCH, gender-violence, family planning, OVC Programming, HIV & AIDS Prevention including PMTCT and health systems strengthening . She has served creditably with the following organizations at various times;
