I am a lecturer and PHD candidate in the University of the Witwatersrand’s School of Governance. I am currently looking at the ILO’s decent work agenda from a feminist perspective in my PHD, while my masters research investigated the gender differences between men and women in the labour market. My other research focusses on these areas, as well as youth employment.
