A PhD in public sector management major,, from University of Canberra in Australia, working in development now for 25 years. Working as a researcher’ trainer and evidence based programming specialist , Suma has supported Governments Civil Society Organisations, funders and private sector in formulation, implementation and monitoring of development experimentations and iniatives. Suma believes that eliminating women’s time poverty through public service programming is key to accelerating gender equality and consequently inclusive development especially in Africa.
