Rosalea Hamilton of Institute for Law and Economics and University of Technology Jamaica presents the paper “Sustainable Development, Fiscal Policy and Participatory Democracy in the Caribbean” she co-wrote with Vanus James of University of Technology. She highlights concrete recommendations to achieve equitable economic growth through democratizing fiscal governance, thereby addressing structural conditions of inequality and their manifestations throughout the Caribbean.
