The Blue Economy in the Indian Ocean – A Literature Review

While there is significant interest in better understanding the Blue Economy and opportunities for growth, to date there is no comprehensive review of academic literature focused specifically on Indian Ocean Blue Economy activity. This paper aims to address this gap by reviewing the comprehensive body of literature available in this area.
